Knutsford Wedding Gallery is pleased to announce that of Spring 2019 we will be stocking the world’s leading bridal brand Berta. Our collection will be taken from their Berta Privee range. After the natural evolution of the couture Berta brand, which was taken to new heights and broke all boundaries from season to season, riding on the love of the crowd and the phenomenal worldwide success story that BERTA has become, Berta Privee is where Berta goes back to her original inspiration and aesthetics. The Privee line represents the classic and time-honoured silhouettes that have created the legendary Berta phenomenon.
With over two million Instagram followers the social media presence of this brand is unrivalled. This being said this is why we are bringing to our brides what we feel is the crème de la crème. We believe that our Knutsford Wedding Gallery brides will adore this new couture range, with a fabulous fit that caresses the curves which creates a modern and sexy look.
Let us introduce you to our new additions coming in Spring 2019:
Our first style is Berta’s signature shape, with elegant lines and plunging neck. The soft romantic rosette lace applique adds to the femininity of the dress. The deep plunge of the back sitting at the arch emphasises the silhouette supported by the positioning of the godet, this leads softly down into a flowing puddle train. The soft tulle overlay on the straps gives the dress movement and additional texture. The bride who wears this design loves the romantic nature of it but still wants to remain true to the core of the Berta design.
Our second dress is exquisite with that beautiful fit and flare shape, more structured than the first the boned detail showing through the lace is reminiscent of boudoir details which is showing devotion to Berta’s sensuality. The thin straps frame the décolletage in a way that provides a hint of detail but not to disrupt the cleanness of the neckline. Again the low back is pure Berta signature allowing the lace to flow round each curve in decorative perfection.
It is always custom for a bridal house who leads the way to really push the boundaries of design, this stunning creation is no exception. From the beading to the one shoulder detail this dress is for the bride who loves to showcase her creative style. Going against convention with asymmetric details and a high leg split, this dress is for the bold and fashion forward bride who wants to convey her powerful side but still maintaining softness and sophistication which is why the flowing silk tulle overlay is such a welcome addition.
Berta is not only known for the fitted silhouettes but also for the soft A-line more fairy tale shapes. A bride always finds herself at a dress crossroads, should I go for a princess style or show off my figure? With this Berta beauty you can do both! The tulle skirt gives that fullness but the translucency allows you to see your beautiful shape that you have worked so hard to achieve. The lace on this gown is a stunning embroidered vine effect applique trellising down densely in the bodice moving to a sparser dispersion in the skirt, giving the illusion of the lace melting into the soft, silkiness of the tulle.
Finally this has to be one of the more show stopping gowns in the collection. This modern lace really takes centre stage on this gown, emphasised by the large ornate appliques positioned to perfection. Again the dainty straps complimented by the flowing tulle shoulder detail adds intrigue. The most breath taking aspect to this dress is that beautiful triangular godet with lace trim around the edge, this creates that moment of awe as the bride glides down her isle with confidence, sophistication and sensuality.
Berta Privee will be part of the Knutsford Wedding Gallery collection from Spring 2019. Prices ranges from £5000-£7000.
We are honoured to announced that we are going to be exclusive North West Stockist of Berta Bridal: The Privee Collection.
Privee Collection:The sole designer of the fashion house is Berta Balilti. Berta founded her namesake brand in 2004. Berta has an avant-gard design style, one that always tests the barriers and boundaries of the modern world of fashion design. Her style of design is famous for bold, sexy and modern fit that incorporates vintage materials and retro styles. Aside from designing all the collections at the fashion house, Berta oversees the entire production processes in her studio still to this day, when she has over 150 retailers all around the world. Berta quickly rose to stardom in the fashion world after she managed to surprise even the most veteran fashion editors and bloggers with her artistic approach to high-end fashion. Her collections are considered among the most praised and anticipated in the fashion world. According to the likes of ELLE and VOGUE, Berta is considered today as one of the world’s top-notch designers for bridal and evening wear.
The one and only reason for this incredible success story is the product itself. BERTA completely disrupted the fashion industry, by presenting a couture level of quality, in retail prices that are closer to those of mass production brands. The BERTA dresses are so unique and distinguished from anything else out there, that the fashion industry couldn’t stay indifferent.
